Meeting Registration
All day on Tuesday, March 20, please stop by the Boeing Registration Desk outside the Crystal Ballroom to pick-up your Welcome Package and name badge. The Crystal Ballroom is located on the 3rd floor of the Conference Center.

Hotel Room
Customer Relations has reserved a block of hotel rooms. You will be responsible for your own hotel reservation. Please go to this link and provide the hotel with your arrival and departure details, as well as credit card information. Please be aware that you are responsible for any changes or cancellations. If you are unable to attend, and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a no show fee.

Symposium Costs
You will be responsible for your costs to attend this event, which include your hotel expenses (room $189.00/night, tax, phone, Internet, etc.), airfare, incidentals and ground transportation (excluding bus transportation to the Boeing CEC for the Welcome Reception/Dinner). Boeing will assume the cost of the meeting, speakers, entertainment, meals (as noted on the agenda), and other charges associated with the planning of the event.
Internet Access
The cost of internet connection in each guest room is $9.95/day (24 hours from the initial connection).
Parking at Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel and Conference Center Parking
The cost for overnight parking is $10.00 + tax per day and daily self parking is $8.00 + tax per day. Parking fees for overnight guests will be added to your hotel bill.
Bus transportation to and from the Airport
Those participants flying into Sea-Tac Airport, Seattle, will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport to Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel and Conference Center.
Bus transportation to and from the Boeing Customer Experience Center (CEC) on the evening of March 20
Those participants attending the Welcome Reception/Dinner on March 20 at the Boeing Customer Experience Center (CEC) will be provided bus transportation to and from the event.
Bus Schedule:
6:00 pm – Depart from the Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel and Conference Center main entrance for the Boeing Customer Experience Center (CEC).
9:00 pm – 1st departure from the Boeing Customer Experience Customer (CEC) main entrance to return to the Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel and Conference Center.
9:30 pm – 2nd departure from the Boeing Customer Experience Customer (CEC) main entrance to return to the Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel and Conference Center.
Food and Beverages
The following will be provided in conjunction with the symposium:
- Continental Breakfast: 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. on March 20 and from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. on March 21 and March 22 from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
- Lunch: Buffet on March 20, 21 and 22
- Evening Event: Welcome Reception & Dinner with Cash Bar on March 20 (dinner on your own March 21 and 22)
- Breaks: Beverages and light snacks
